At Visual Stimulants, every product is made just for you, printed on demand through our trusted partner, Printful. Because of this personalized process, we follow a return policy that reflects Printful’s guidelines—while doing our best to keep things simple and fair for our amazing customers.

If Something’s Not Right

We want you to love what you receive! If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with any production issues, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery. Just send a quick email to support@visualstimulants.com with:

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A few clear photos of the product and packaging

  • Your order number

Once we confirm the issue, we’ll gladly send a free replacement or issue a refund—whichever you prefer.

Shipping Issues & Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your address before placing your order! If a package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we can reship it, but additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost in the Mail?

If your package seems to be lost in transit, let us know! We’ll investigate and work with the carrier to find a solution—either a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Changed Your Mind?

Because each item is custom-made just for you, we can’t accept returns for things like ordering the wrong size or simply changing your mind. We recommend double-checking the sizing charts and product details before purchasing.

Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, please allow up to 14 business days for it to process back to your original payment method. We’ll keep you in the loop every step of the way.
